Many thanks to the charitable folks who contributed to the success of the "Echols Ice Skate-a-thon" held May 3rd. All proceeds went to YWCA Interfaith Hospitality Network serving the needs of area homeless children and their families.
James "Jazz" Echols, mastermind behind the Ice Skate-a-thon is just 8 years old! His concern for area homeless children piqued the interest of local news stations who came to
see what this industrious young man had to say!

The Chiller offers several innovative fundraising options designed to maximize proceeds for your organization. When everyone else uses candy sales and magazine drives to raise money, imagine all the proceeds you could bring in by offering a fresh and exciting alternative at the Chillers/Dispatch Ice Haus.

Some suggestions include:
Sell tickets to the community valid for a public skating session and keep a
portion of the proceeds. Sessions may be for a designated time or an
open pass to any public skating time.
Turn the Chillers/Dispatch Ice Haus into "PTO Night" and invite the
community to your fundraising party. Donors who purchase tickets will
enjoy an evening of ice skating and festivities. We can even print the
tickets for you! A raffle or auction with Columbus Blue Jackets
merchandise will have everyone digging in their pockets for a good cause!
Feel like your corporation or group could do a little more for the community?
Link up with a local charity and the Chiller/Dispatch Ice Haus to provide
employees/members with an easy and COOL way to donate to a deserving
foundation. Host a charity drive at one of our great and convenient locations
