| ABOUT THE CHILLER ICE RINKS | Chiller LLC owns and operates eight ice rinks in five locations in and around Columbus, Ohio. Established in 1993, Chiller LLC is part of the JMAC portfolio which includes the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets.
Throughout its history, Chiller LLC has worked to expand responsibly in order to grow interest in ice sports while meeting the increased demand for ice time. We are proud to offer excellent recreational programs in a family-friendly environment for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds.

We will strive to deliver unparalleled customer service, value and program opportunities to all our guests. We will build a lifelong commitment in the community to family entertainment through ice-related activities.

| CHILLER ICE WORKS - Reopened November 2006 | Chiller Ice Works is a single-rink facility home to the Capital Amateur Hockey Association, Worthington Kilbourne High School Hockey, Westerville High School Hockey and Columbus Bandits Womens Hockey. At this time the only public programs offered are Drop in Hockey and Stick & Puck sessions. Chiller LLC purchased the facility in the summer of 2006 in order to ensure that the programs already playing there would continue to have a place to play. Several improvements have been made to the facility, most behind the scenes, in order to provide quality, reliable ice.

| CHILLER NORTH - Established October 2003 | Chiller North features 2 NHL regulation rinks, the Blueline Team Store, 10 public dressing rooms, seating for 1,000 spectators, an enclosed 2nd story viewing area, and the Ice Box snack bar and kitchen. Major tenants are Olentangy High School Hockey, Thomas Worthington High School Hockey, Worthington Kilbourne High School Hockey, Capital Amateur Hockey Association, Ohio Wesleyan University, Columbus Curling Club, Central Ohio Girls and Womens Hockey Assocation and Columbus Jr. B Hockey. Public activities include youth and adult hockey leagues, skating classes, public skating, birthday parties and private group events.

| CHILLER DUBLIN - Established October 1993 | Chiller Dublin is a dual-rink facility featuring two NHL-sized rinks, The Blueline Team Store, the Ice Box concessions stand, twelve locker rooms and a multipurpose room. Chiller Dublin is home to several associations including the Columbus Chill Youth Hockey Association, Dublin High School Hockey Association, Hilliard Hockey, the Greater Columbus High School Club Hockey League, as well as several annual hockey tournaments and special events. Public activities include youth and adult hockey leagues, skating classes, public skating, birthday parties and private group events.

Chiller Easton is a dual-rink facility featuring one NHL-sized rink and Central Ohio’s only International-sized rink, The Blueline Team Store, the Ice Box concessions stand, ten locker rooms and a multipurpose room. Chiller Easton is home to several associations including the Easton Youth Hockey Association, Gahanna High School Hockey, Pickerington/Reynoldsburgh High School Hockey, the Northeast Storm, Westerville High School Hockey the Greater Columbus High School Club Hockey League, as well as several annual hockey tournaments and special events. Chiller Easton is also home to Central Ohio’s first and only short track speedskating club. Public activities include youth and adult hockey leagues, skating classes, public skating, birthday parties and private group events.

The Dispatch Ice Haus at Nationwide Arena is the practice home of the Columbus Blue Jackets. This one-of-its-kind facility is also home to several associations including St. Charles High School Hockey, Upper Arlington High School Hockey, Ohio AAA Blue Jackets, Hilliard High School Hockey, the Greater Columbus High School Club Hockey League, and is often used by visiting NHL teams. Public activities include youth and adult hockey leagues, public skating, birthday parties and private group events.
