Chiller Skating'sCOOL! - USFSA BASIC SKILLS PROGRAM

The Chiller Ice Rinks is proud to offer the United States Figure Skating Association’s Basic Skills Program.  Skaters in our group lesson program will learn the basic fundamentals of skating in a group setting that focuses on fun and skill development.  Students start at the Basic 1 level and can progress onto jumps and spins.

Where do I begin?
•  Stinger 1-3 and Basic 1 classes teach students how to stand, fall, get up safely, march, step and glide forward.
•  Basic 2 is for skaters that can skate independently one lap around the ice without any assistance.

Each Chiller Facility has a Skating'sCOOL! Manager to assist you with your questions and needs regarding group lessons.  You may talk with them each week regarding your skaters ability and placement.
