*Chiller Announces New CAHL Commissioner and Assistant Hockey Director
New CAHL Director is Martin Spanhel, he can be reached at mspanhel@thechiller.com or at 764-1000 ext. 158.
ROSTERS- must be set at least 2 days before your first game. After that, all changes must be approved. Final league payments are due no later than February 22nd.
MAKE YOUR CAHL PAYMENT ONLINE>>>
**NEW** CAHL MESSAGE BOARD - Looking for a player, team, goalie or a place to talk hockey? CLICK HERE to visit the CAHL Message Board>> Click "join" to register and start posting (be sure to read the board rules first)!
FALL ROSTERS/SOFTWARE REGISTRATION - Captains should note that ALL teams must register online using the new software program. Teams who were previously registered in the last session (FALL) will be able to import their roster from last session starting December 28, 2009 by following the instructions HERE. Once imported, you will be able to add and delete players.
NEW TEAMS - teams new to the league, or that did not play last session, will need to register their teams following the instructions HERE. Keep in mind that ALL players need to be registered with USA Hockey or they will be unable to be added to your roster.
NO TE- Previously registered teams may run into an issue where it states "your team has not paid". That is just a means for the league to verify you are in good standing for the session. Once your team is checked off you will have full control of adding and deleting players. This process to check off your team will take no more than one full day and in most cases it will be clear the same day.
REMINDER: Any team who had their roster set up through the software system last session MUST import their team into the current SUMMER session. If you do not set your team up for the current session your roster will not show up for the current session and you will have issues when checking in and be turned away.
 * It is important to remember that any player or team not registered with the software WILL BE TURNED AWAY until they are in compliance.
*For technical support on any software problems, call Scott Stanton at (614) 940-6333 or sstanton@gsylabs.com
ADDING PLAYERS- According to league rules, the league can take up to 5 working days to approve roster additions. In most cases it will happen much sooner but no team should expect any changes to take place the day of a game.
PHOTO ID’s – Every player will be asked for a photo ID prior to every game. This must be presented to a Chiller staff member who will sign you in. NO ID – NO PLAY – NO EXCEPTIONS! | | | |
